“Every living world is a question waiting to be opened.”Proposed character voice

- They travel in incubator spaceships and collect species from worlds they have not conquered.
Inside the character.
Appearance & clothing
Pearl-grey skin, a pronounced cranium and large glossy black eyes. A precise, high-collared graphite uniform carries narrow cyan light seams.
Personality
Soft-spoken, methodical and intensely curious. Veyr speaks of living beings in the language of measurements and utility.
Motivation
To expand the Maggis biological archive and make the next expedition indispensable to the civilization’s leadership.
Skills & technology
Comparative biology, orbital navigation and command of an incubator vessel. Remote probes and environmental chambers extend Veyr’s reach.
Limits & weaknesses
Dependent on controlled environments and specialist technology. Veyr repeatedly mistakes compassion for an exploitable design flaw.
Role in the story
A possible face of Maggis expansion, bringing the threat to Earth into personal focus. No origin for supervillain creation is established here.
Room to grow.
A confrontation with life that refuses to be classified could test Veyr’s certainty—or make it more dangerous. This remains a proposed arc.
